>  Meetings review current activities, and provide valuable information focusing on laryngectomee care and support topics, which is especially helpful for new patients and their support  families.

>  Members share personal tips on procedures and techniques, and update the group on recent care changes during the open roundtable discussions.

>  Guest speakers from medical suppliers (e.g. Atos Medical) and health care professionals provide the latest information on continuing care and answer questions for the laryngectomees and their support families.

 >  Group events - Pizza Social , summer picnic (August) and Christmas party (December) - provide additional social interaction and camaraderie.
