> Members share personal tips on procedures and techniques, and update the group on recent care changes during the open roundtable discussions.
> Guest speakers from medical suppliers (e.g. Atos Medical) and health care professionals provide the latest information on continuing care and answer questions for the laryngectomees and their support families.
> Group events - Pizza Social , summer picnic (August) and Christmas party (December) - provide additional social interaction and camaraderie.

LET'S TALK
A laryngectomy is a life changing surgical procedure to remove the larynx (voice box), often because of cancer. Let’s Talk is a nonprofit, patient directed, laryngectomy support group in Pittsburgh, Pa. that provides information, education, and psychosocial support to patients and their families.
